From sales to service this dealer is fantastic. We worked with Shannon who is an outstanding sales person. Very knowledgeable and responsive with any questions we had before or after the sale. Finance manager did not try to push extend warranties like some do. We did unfortunately have an issue with a roof leak due to a crack in a small plastic solar panel junction box on the roof resulting in a full roof replacement. As much as no one wants to deal with warranty issues on a new camper and reading all the nightmare stories online about how dealers drag their feet and campers sit for months and months with no resolution, fortunately this was not the case. Claudette in service promptly started the warranty process, got it approved and got the job done within a week or two. The technicians were top notch allowing us to check out the roof replacement through all steps of the process. I believe I now have a better product than new. Techs also took the time to discuss anything I had questions about. Everything is very friendly. We took a chance despite the negative reviews buying from Campers Inn Raynham and we are glad we did. I would not hesitate buying from this dealer again.
